FROST REGINA is a community initiative brought together by several stakeholders including the City, the Province and a group of dedicated professionals. Hence, there will be events and entertainment happening under FROST REGINA, which includes, FROST @REAL, FROST @DOWNTOWN, FROST @WAREHOUSE and FROST @WASCANA.
Yes, the events at the REAL Campus ( EVRAZ PLACE) will have an all-inclusive FROST PASS that will gain you access to all events.
All programming at Wascana will be Free.
Activities Downtown and in the Warehouse District will be a combination of paid and free and more details will be available soon!
Yes! Each hub will have multiple areas for food & beverage. The Downtown restaurants will also be hosting Restaurant week with numerous specials.

Currently the province requires the use of a mask in all indoor spaces. We will continue to monitor and take our guidance from SHA and will adapt as we get closer to FROST REGINA.
A proof of vaccination will have to be provided at locations as per SHA guidelines.
Waskimo, now known as Wascana Winter Festival, is happening on Feb 17.
Yes. The committee - Regina winter Festival, chaired by Councillor Lori Bresciani and Tim Reid, are working to make this an annual festival.

A FROST pass of $17 per person will give you access to all the properties including:
- Confederation Park
- GLOW @ Real in the Viterra International Trade Centre
- Iceville at Mosaic Stadium
- Music Concerts on February 4th and February 5th at Brandt Centre on first-come-first-served basis
- Skins Game on February 5th at Brandt Centre

The admission fee is included in the $17 pass. However, the seating will be on first-come-first-served basis and the pass does not guarantee confirmed entry.

No – admission to, and all activities within, the Wascana Centre hub are free of charge.
No – these activities will be controlled similar to a restaurant registration. When you arrive at the activity you give your name and will be assigned the next available time slot. You are then free to explore the hub while you wait!
Yes – we will have food and non-alcoholic drinks available for sale February 4, 5, 6, 12 and 13.
We have a 30ft warming shack available! Please note that masks are required inside the shack.
Yes – washrooms are available next to the warming shack.
The entire Wascana Centre hub – including rink, warming shack, washrooms – was designed to be fully accessible.
We are proud to have partnered with many of our friends around Wascana Centre to offer additional programming at our hub! This includes the Saskatchewan Science Centre, University of Regina, First Nations University of Canada, Royal Saskatchewan Museum, Skye Bistro, and the Bar Willow!
Free parking is available as always on Legislative Drive and around the Legislative Building. Please note that Walter Scott Way will be closed to vehicle traffic for the duration of Frost
